Academics

At TA, we encourage students to go beyond the core curriculum to dive deep into the topics that interest, challenge, and inspire them.

When a student feels inspired, the sky is the limit. That’s why we work hard to understand how our students learn and what they are passionate about. Across the school community, we encourage students to stretch toward their dreams and work toward their goals.

TA students are encouraged to go above and beyond. Our honors program includes both embedded honors–where students can complete rigorous coursework to supplement the standard curriculum–and honors-only course options in a wide variety of subject areas.

Students can take college courses through dual enrollment, pursue interests outside TA’s curriculum with a “Challenge Course” or independent study, and take advantage of internship, technology, and semester programs off-campus.

Our faculty advisors work hard to connect students to experiences and academic opportunities that light the spark of inspiration and keep them engaged in and excited about learning.
