Thetford Academy is recruiting a full-time paraeducator to join its student support services department for the remainder of the 2025-26 school year (Nov-June). Paraeducators collaborate with special educators in supporting students with individualized education plans to be successful in their courses and overall academic growth. Settings for the paraeducator position include general education classrooms and the learning center. Experience working with youth in a school, camp, or similar setting is a plus. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. Strong candidates will identify with some or all of the following descriptors: patient, self-starter, solution-oriented, confident, flexible, adaptable, compassionate, and joyful. This is a full-time staff position on a school-year calendar.
