Current Openings:

Director of Finance

The Director of Finance oversees all aspects of the school’s finances with primary responsibilities of strategic financial planning, budgeting, accounting and reporting. The ideal candidate is a mission-driven strategic thinker who desires to work in a school setting, has superb people skills, uncompromising judgment and integrity, a demonstrated commitment to equity and inclusion, and strong financial management experience (preferably in an education or nonprofit setting). The position reports to the Head of School and serves as a key member of the school’s leadership team and the TA Board of Trustees’ resources committee. Reporting to the Director of Finance are the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator, the Accounts Payable Coordinator, and a full time Director of Buildings and Grounds. This is a year-round, full-time administrator position. Competitive compensation package; salary commensurate with experience. Start date of November 1, 2022.

Substitute Teachers (Seasonal/Part-time)

Thetford Academy seeks to expand our substitute teacher roster for the 2022-23 school year and invites interested candidates to apply. We offer a competitive rate of $100/day.

Coaches (Seasonal/Part-time)

Thetford Academy is recruiting coaching staff for the 2022-23 athletics program. Current openings for the fall and winter seasons are listed below.

Fall Season:

Winter Season:

  • Middle School Alpine Ski Coach
  • Assistant Varsity Girls Basketball
