1. Faculty Openings:

Art Teacher, Culinary Arts Teacher, and Design Technology teacher; Math Teacher (Temporary, 2-Year); Librarian (Temporary, 1-Year)

Thetford Academy is recruiting a number of faculty positions for the 2026-27 school year. TA is a 7-12 school; strong candidates will embrace teaching students at both the middle school and high school levels. Further details about each position are posted on SchoolSpring.

2. Administrator Openings:

Dean of Academic Excellence & Equity (Job Description); HR Generalist (job description)

Thetford Academy is developing two new administrator positions to support school programming and operations and seeks dynamic and skilled candidates to apply for these leadership roles. The academic dean position is full time and the human resources position is half time. Both have a July 1, 2026 start date.

3. Staff Openings:

Paraeducator – 2 openings

Thetford Academy is recruiting to fill two paraeducator positions for an August 2026 start date. Paraeducators are a part of the Student Support Services department and work closely with students in both classroom and learning center settings. TA is a 7-12 school; strong candidates will embrace working with students at both the middle and high school levels. Further details about the position are posted on SchoolSpring.

4. Immediate Openings – Athletics:

Thetford Academy is recruiting the following coaching staff for the athletics program:

5. Ongoing:

Substitute Teachers (Seasonal/Part-time)

Thetford Academy seeks to expand our substitute teacher roster for the 2025-26 school year and invites interested candidates to apply. We offer a competitive rate of $120/day.
