Openings for 2024-25:

Director of Finance

Thetford Academy seeks a strategic and skilled director to lead the school’s business office. The Director of Finance is a full-time, year-round, administrator position. The Director serves on the school’s senior leadership team and reports to the Head of School. This is an immediate opening with a start date on or before January 30, 2025 (with flexibility if needed). Food Service Manager

Thetford Academy seeks a skilled, caring, and effective manager to lead the school’s food service program. The Food Service Manager is a full-time, school-year, staff position. This is an immediate opening with a start date of January 2, 2025 (with flexibility if needed). Responsibilities include menu planning, meal preparation and service, program compliance, ordering and budgeting, collaboration with colleagues, and program promotion with students and parents. Paraprofessional Educator (.5 FTE)

Thetford Academy has an immediate opening in January 2025 for a half-time paraprofessional educator. This position will collaborate with special educators and classroom teachers to support students with individualized education plans. Experience working with youth in a school, camp, or similar setting is a plus. Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required. The professional role is a half-time staff position on a school-year calendar. Competitive compensation with an approximate starting range of $17-$25/hour.

Substitute Teachers (Seasonal/Part-time)

Thetford Academy seeks to expand our substitute teacher roster for the 2024-25 school year and invites interested candidates to apply. We offer a rate of $100/day.

Coaches (Seasonal/Part-time)

Thetford Academy is recruiting the following coaching staff for the athletics program:
