Open enrollment effective date is August 1st, annually. To enroll in the current voluntary dental insurance plan offered by Thetford Academy, please complete a Northeast Delta Dental enrollment/change form and return it to the Finance office by July 15th. For employees who have experienced a qualifying events, such as loss of coverage, marriage, or the birth of children, enrollment changes may be made at the time of the qualifying event.
Enrollment for the current life insurance and long-term disability insurance plans is on a rolling basis. To enroll in one or both of these plans, please complete a Mutual of Omaha enrollment form and Evidence of Insurability form and return them to the Finance office.

Thetford Academy makes a 403(b) plan available for contribution by employees. Refer to the applicable bargaining agreement(s) or your employment agreement for how this applies to your employee classification. To enroll in a the Thetford Academy TIAA 403(b) plan, please follow the enclosed instructions.
