27th Annual Woods Trail Run

The 27th annual Woods Trail Run took place on Saturday, Oct. 7.  Over 2,000 students from 100 schools across New England competed in 12 separate cross country races, making for an exciting day start to finish. Despite an unexpected stretch of rain, thousands of spectators came out to cheer on the runners, while hundreds of student, parent, and community volunteers kept the day moving along smoothly.

As it does every October, the population of Thetford doubled in size on the Thetford Academy campus for about six hours, as we hosted one of the premier cross country events in New England. The Thetford community did what it does best, and came together to show thousands of our guests what a wonderful place Thetford is.
