Head of School Weekly Email: Spring Break, Summer Program & Teen Vaccines

Dear TA Families & Students,

Three topics to share with you this evening as we close out the week …

  1. I doubt anyone needs reminding, but just to be on the safe side … TA’s spring break is next week. School will not be in session April 19-23 and the offices will be closed as well.
  2. The dates and other elements of our summer program are now determined. We will have registration details out the week after spring break. Check out this 2-pager with more details about the program, which we are calling TA Summer Challenge.
  3. As many of you are aware by now, Governor Scott today moved up the timeline for teenagers ages 16-18 to begin signing up to receive a COVID vaccine. Siobhan emailed an announcement earlier with a link to the registration portal. For families who are interested in learning more about this opportunity – or about any aspect of COVID or the state’s vaccine program – visit https://www.healthvermont.gov/covid-19.

Wishing everyone a wonderful week ahead.

Carrie Brennan, Head of School
