MIT Spark is a one-weekend program designed to give 7th and 8th grade students the opportunity to explore a wide range of subjects. MIT students and community members teach a variety of classes, from urban orienteering to mathematics to Chinese brush painting and everything in between! Check out the 2018 course catalog for an idea of what this year’s classes will look like.
This year’s Spark program is scheduled for March 16 and 17 on the MIT campus. The cost is $40 and includes 2 days of classes and lunch on both days. Spark does not provide housing for students coming from out of town.
