Poetry Slam! Students Present Original Work at TA

On Friday, Sept. 29, dozens of students, teachers, and community members gathered in the Martha Jane Rich Theater to watch 12 TA students and two faculty members present their original poems in a Poetry Slam. Performances were judged by five student judges who were picked randomly by Ms. Silver after applying for the position. The selection of judges was based on qualifications listed by the applicant, and the more preposterous the qualifications, the better.
