The Student Support Team oversees student wellness and success at TA. This team of amazingly skilled and caring staff meets weekly and coordinates student interventions for academic success and social-emotional support. Members include: School Nurse Sue Farrell, Dean of Students Siobhan Lopez, Director of Counseling Mark Pichette, Director of Special Education Deb Sanders-Dame, Student Assistance Provider Kara Toms, and Counselor Rebecca Walter.

Read the Student Support Team’s initial message to the TA community when we first shifted to remote learning on March 18: Student Support Services During School Dismissal.

The Student Support Team (SST) continues to meet during Remote TA and work with students and families, as well as provide our whole school community with resources to help us during this challenging time. Check out their weekly self care email, in which they share important tips and resource links for the TA community:

If you are concerned about a TA student or family, please email any of the staff members on the SST or call Dean of Students Siobhan Lopez, 785-4805 x218.
