Thetford Academy’s Performing Arts Department proudly announces its fall theater production of She Kills Monsters: Young Adventurers Edition, a high-octane dramatic comedy laden with fairies, ogres, and ’90s pop culture—told through the story of high schooler Agnes Evans as she deals with the loss of her younger sister, Tilly.
Written by Qui Nguyen, She Kills Monsters: Young Adventurers Edition tells the story of Agnes Evans, who stumbles upon her deceased sister Tilly’s Dungeons & Dragons notebook. Agnes finds herself catapulted into a journey of discovery and action-packed adventure in the imaginary world of New Landia that served as her sister’s refuge. Facing dark elves, succubi, and dragons, Agnes learns more about the sister she never fully understood in life.
Join Thetford Academy for a heart-pounding homage to the geek and warrior within us all.
