Robotics Team Hosts Scrimmage, Prepare for World Championship

Thetford Academy’s robotics team hosted a two-day VEX Robotics scrimmage last weekend.. The most competitive middle school, high school, and university teams from across northern New England and Quebec were invited. The event provided a great opportunity for students to prepare for next week’s VEX World Championship in St. Louis, Missouri, by collaborating with and competing against some of the strongest teams in the region.

Throughout the weekend, teams tested their robots in competitive matches, refined their strategies, and made improvements to their designs and programming. As our four worlds-qualified teams head to St. Louis to represent Thetford Academy and the Vermont/New Hampshire region, we invite our community to support their journey. All donations will help cover travel and competition-related expenses.

Support our robotics teams as they head to Worlds!
